YogKunjika is a Govt. of India MSME-registered yoga studio founded by Kiran Mishra, an internationally certified yoga teacher and therapist with over a decade of experience transforming lives through holistic wellness.
Unlike relaxation-only studios, YogKunjika offers the full depth of traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practice — physically demanding, mentally clarifying, and spiritually nourishing. Students include athletes, corporate executives, and international learners across Europe and America.

A dedicated yoga practitioner with over a decade of teaching experience, Kiran holds a international certification and specialises in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Sound Healing. She is also associated for Kids Yoga at the New Delhi Japanese School, appeared on PMC Hindi Yoga TV Channel and runs a thriving international online practice for students across Europe and America.
Every practice at YogKunjika is designed with intention — to push boundaries, deepen awareness, and integrate body, breath, and mind. Each discipline draws on Kiran's internationally certified expertise, forming a complete system of well-being for every level.
A deeply physical yet meditative practice, Hatha Yoga at YogKunjika goes far beyond gentle stretching. We focus on precise asana alignment, muscular engagement, and breath integration. Each posture is held with intention — building joint stability, core strength, and full-body balance. Kiran teaches classical Hatha from the Rishikesh lineage, incorporating drishti (gaze points) and bandha (energy locks) rarely taught in modern studios.
A vigorous, precisely sequenced series of postures linked by breath (vinyasa) and drishti. Ashtanga builds formidable internal heat that detoxifies the body and develops extraordinary stamina. The structured Primary Series ensures every session is purposeful. Vinyasa layers dynamic movement and creative sequencing for variety, flow, and continuous growth.
The breath is the bridge between body and mind. Our curriculum covers Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, Ujjayi, and Bhastrika. Advanced students are introduced to kumbhaka (breath retention) practices. Kiran's background as a specialist in Advanced Pranayama ensures techniques are taught safely, progressively, and with full understanding of their physiological effects.
Meditation at YogKunjika is active training of attention. We practice Dharana (single-pointed concentration), Dhyana (sustained absorption), and Sakshi Bhava (witness awareness) drawn from classical Yoga and Vedanta traditions. Students also work with trataka and mantra-based techniques for a structured progression from restless distraction to genuine stillness.
Sound Healing at YogKunjika uses Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, mantra chanting, and resonant tones to guide the nervous system into deep parasympathetic rest. Kiran holds an expert certification in Sound Healing and weaves this practice into the close of sessions — students regularly report the deepest sleep of their week following a sound-integrated class.
Beyond the studio, Kiran offers tailored programmes for organisations and athletes. Corporate wellness sessions focus on ergonomics, posture correction, and stress management. Online sessions are available globally via Zoom and Google Meet.
Three daily batches, Monday through Friday, all personally led by Kiran Mishra. Stick to your enrolled batch and inform Kiran in advance if you need to swap a session.
